摘要 由于晋城煤业集团赵庄煤业公司赵庄二号井井下高压供电距离均在2 km以内,过流保护定值拉不开级差,普遍存在越级跳闸现象。通过分析,找到越级跳闸的主要原因,制定解决方案并实施,高压系统选用光纤级联纵差保护装置,实现了高压短距离电缆线路的故障快速切除,有效减少井下大面积停电事故的发生,实现了煤矿井下供电系统的安全可靠运行,为矿井安全生产提供了有力保障。 The high voltage power supply distance of the no.2 well of Zhaozhuang Coal Company of Jincheng Coal Company is within 2 km, and the over-current protection fixed value can not be divided into different levels. There is a henomenon of leapfrog trip. Through the analysis, the main reason for tripping was found, solutions and implementation of high voltage system with fiber cascaded differential protection device were developed,which has realized the fault of high-voltage short distance cable lines removed quickly, effectively reduced the underground blackout accidents, and has achieved the safe and reliable operation of the power supply system of coal mine, provide a strong guarantee for mine safety production.
