掘进机直接转弯施工工艺研究与应用

Research and application of direct turning construction technology of roadheader

介绍了现代煤矿掘进作业的要求,并对掘进设备的组成以及拐弯进行了分析,阐述了掘进机直接转弯施工中的开帮与抹角作业,通过强化巷道顶板维护工作,确保安全生产,并对掘进机直接转弯施工工艺的效益与传统炮掘方式作了对比。

This paper introduced the requirements of the modern coal mine excavation operation, the components of tunneling equipment and turnings were analyzed, the enlargement of two sides of roadway and the turnings of roadheader in the direct turnings construction were elaborated, through strengthening the roof maintenance work of the roadway, the safety of production was ensured,the benifit of the direct turnings construction for roadheader was compared with tradional blasting drivage in this paper.
