摘要
钢丝绳更换工程是一项技术性强,操作难度大,危险性高的工作,通过对现有换绳工艺进行研究,提出利用一台自制换绳机,采用"旧绳带新绳"的换绳方法更换钢丝绳。通过在主井更换钢丝绳工程中使用,实现30h快速更换钢丝绳,取得了较好的经济效益。
Wire rope replacement project is a highly technical, difficult operation, high risk, through the study of the existing rope changing process, using a homemade rope ＂old rope connecting new rope＂ was proposed rope changing machine, the method for replacing steel wire in the paper. The method was used in the changes of steel rope of main shaft, the replacement time was less than 30 hours,and has achieved good economic results.
