基于层次分析法的绿色输血链指标权重评估

Evaluation of Indexes Weight for Green Blood Transfusion Chain by Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process

运用层次分析法对绿色输血链相关指标进行分析。从献血者、血液和受血者三个细分准则进行分析,分别列举出对应的重要指标,建立绿色输血链管理目标评价层次结构模型,并按照AHP分析步骤,依据比较准则,构造了比较判断矩阵同时对各指标进行层次排序并做一致性检验。最终将管理理论与客观实际相结合,确定一种合理的分析方法,对绿色输血链相应指标权重进行有效评估,用于帮助管理者更好地实现管理目标。

The indexes in green blood transfusion chain were analyzed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） method. Based on the segregation of blood donors, blood and blood recipients, their corresponding indexes were enumerated and the hierarchical structure model for management target of green transfusion chain was established. Following the analytical process of AHP, the matrix for comparison and judgment was constructed according to comparison criteria. These indexes were sorted hierarchically and the consistency was tested. The study aimed at finding a reasonable analytical method to effectively evaluate the weight of indexes, to help managers achieving their management goals.
