摘要
大型会议的组织筹备工作任务繁重。通过应用项目管理技术确定项目描述表、组织工作分解结构、责任分配矩阵、项目进展甘特图来明晰责任,合理管控,探讨适用性及应用效果,为医院大型学术会议的组织筹备提供借鉴。
Organizational preparation of large conferences has become a complicated and important work. Through the application of project management technology to determine the project description table, organizational work decomposition structure, responsibility distribution matrix, and project progress Gantt chart to clarify the responsibility, reasonable control, and to explore the applicability and application effect, it provided reference for large-scale academic conference organization in hospital.
