摘要
我国现有石膏(空心)砌块年生产能力为600万m^2左右。我国石膏砌块需求量为800万t。主要用作非承重结构,独立墙衬结构、以及柱、电梯井等结构的防火保护层。以磷石膏为主要材料,采用矿渣微粉、水泥等复合材料研制的新型复合耐水型石膏砌块。既具有石膏建材的轻质、环保、隔音、防火等优点,又具有耐水性好、强度高的特点。文章主要介绍了石膏砌块的基本性质、功能,综述了国内外的发展现状,最后从技术和市场方面提出了展望。
The existing gypsum （Kongxin） block in our country has an annual production capacity of about 6x10^6 m2.The requirement of gypsum block in China is 8x10^6 t. The utility model is mainly used as a non bearing structure, anindependent wall lining structure, and a fireproof protective layer of a column, an elevator shaft, etc. Takingphosphogypsum as the main material, a new composite waterproof gypsum block was developed by using compositematerials such as slag powder and cement. The gypsum building material had the advantages of light weight,environmental protection, sound insulation, fire prevention, etc. The utility model had the advantages of good waterresistance and high strength. The basic properties and functions of gypsum block were mainly introduced, the developmentstatus at home and abroad was summarized, and the prospect in terms of technology and market was finally put forward.
