摘要
5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)盐酸盐是一种重要的植物生长调节剂,本文研究了5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐的合成新方法,以相对廉价易得的邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾盐和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料,经盖布瑞尔反应、开环、氧化、取代、水解等反应得到5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐,产物经~1HNMR确证其结构。该合成方法操作简单易行,适合工业化生产,反应总收率为52%,产品经HPLC检测纯度达97.5%。
5-arninolevulinic acid (5-ALA) hydrochloride is an important plant growth regulator. A novel synthetic method of5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride was described starting from cheap and easily available phthalimide potassium salt andepiehlorohydrin. The 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride was obtained by Gabriel reacting, ring-opening, oxidation, substitutionand hydrolysis, The structure of the product was confirmed by 1HNMtL The synthetic method was simple and convenient, and wassuitable for industrial production. The total yield was 52%, and the purity was 97. 5% tested by HPLC.
