微波辐照合成氟化聚乙烯醇接枝共聚物

Microwave-assisted Synthesis of Fluorinated Poly (vinyl alcohol) Graft Copolymer

摘要 采用微波辅助化学合成法,利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)的侧链羟基和间3-三氟甲基肉桂酸的羧基进行酯化反应,无需催化剂的情况下制备了具有不同取代度且有疏水性能的聚乙烯醇肉桂酸接枝共聚物(PVFC)。PVFC在365 nm紫外光照射下可发生交联反应。由于微波辅助合成反应速率快,体系受热均匀、热效率高,且反应可以在无催化剂的情况下进行,便于反应产物的纯化,因此微波辅助在聚合物改性领域有很大的应用前景。 Microwave was used to synthesize hydrophobic polyvinyl alcohol cinnamic acid (PVFC) graft copolymeraccording to the esterification reaction between the side chain hydroxyl groups of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and the carboxylgroups of 3-trifluoromethyl cinnamic acid (FC). No catalyst was used in this reaction. PVFC could be cross-linked under365 nm UV irradiation. Because microwave-assisted synthesis had the advantages such as fast reaction rate, uniformheating, high thermal efficiency, and the reaction can be carried out without the catalyst to simple the purification,microwave-assisted synthesis had a great application potential in polymer modification.
