前处理对压铸铝合金氧化膜耐蚀性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用单因素实验研究了压铸铝合金ADC12经不同除油方法、相同黑化工艺后的耐蚀性,通过盐水浸泡实验和点滴实验对耐蚀性进行了对比分析,借助SEM和XRD对耐蚀性较好的氧化膜进行了分析研究。结果表明:市售的OY-122B环保铝合金洗白剂对压铸铝合金适用性好,制备的氧化膜外观均匀、完整,耐蚀性好;氧化膜由大小均匀的颗粒物组成,膜层结构致密对基体有良好的保护性,主要成分是Al2O3。 The corrosion resistance of die casting aluminum alloy ADC12 by different unoil methods in the sameblackening process was studied by the single factor experiments, immersion test and drop test were used to analyze the corrosionresistance, with the help of SEM and XRD, the oxide film for improving the corrosion resistance was studied. The resultsshowed that OY-122B environmental protection aluminum alloy white wash agent had good adaptability for die casting aluminumalloy, the prepared film had uniform and complete appearance and good corrosion resistance, oxide film was made by particlesof uniform size, the film was compact, had good protection to the substrate, the main ingredient was A1203.
