印染废水中PFCs的检测

摘要 全氟化合物作为环境的主要污染物之一,引起全球的广泛关注。然而国内对于印染企业废水中PFCs检测的研究不是很多。本文主要针对纺织品印染企业生产后的废水进行研究,介绍了废水的取样、保存;并运用WAX-SPE前处理,高效液相色谱串联质谱分析,进行24种难挥发PFCs检测。结果表明本法分析速度快,可达到0.01μg/L的方法检出限,完全满足国内外的测试及环境监测需要。 The PFC compounds are one of the pollutants around the environment and have attracted global attentionrecently. However, the studies regarding the waste water of dyeing factories are seldom domestically. The PFCs of thewaste water from dyeing factories was studied. The sampling process, storage of the waste water, using WAX-SPE columnand LC-MS/MS analysis were discussed. 24 involatile PFCs were detected successfully. It was a high speed analysis, canreach the method detection limit of 0.01 p^g/L. It was applicable to the daily analysis and environment monitoring at homeand abroad.
