循环氢脱硫系统带液分析

摘要 介绍了山东京博石油化工有限公司柴油加氢装置运行情况,以及存在问题解决。循环氢脱硫系统在运行过程中带液,影响安全生产,分析脱硫系统胺液发泡,胺液浓度、清洁度和硫化氢含量等因素,最终问题点聚焦在反应系统的脱盐效率上,装置原料实际氮含量高于方案设计氮含量。在原料氮含量较高的情况下,操作未采取相应措施,实际注水量低于设计值,针对因素及时调整,适当调整贫胺液温度、注水量,使装置平稳运行。 The running situation and problem solution of the diesel hydrogenation in Shandong ChambroadPetrochemical Co. , Ltd. were introduced. Recycle hydrogen desulfurization system ran with liquid in the process,affected production safety. Amine liquid foaming, amine liquid concentration, cleanliness and hydrogen sulphide indesulfurization system were analyzed, result showed that the focusing problem was the desalting efficiency in the reactionsystem, unit raw material actual nitrogen content is higher than design nitrogen content. Under the condition of the highernitrogen content in raw material, the operation did not take appropriate measures, the actual injected water volume waslower than design value. Appropriate adjustments for lean. amine liquid temperature and water injection was done make theequipment running smoothly.
