摘要
随着工业化的进步,PAO型基础油在润滑油领域占据举足轻重的地位。研究其性能特点及应用对其发展有极大帮助,并为配方体系的研究奠定基础。本论文主要通过对PAO型基础油合成路线,理化性质及应用领域分析,得出其合成主要采用低聚加氢,产出的PAO基础油相比Ⅰ,Ⅱ类低粘度基础油,具有极佳的低温性能,同时热安定性和化学惰性好,在汽车及工业领域有广阔的发展前景。
With the progress of industrialization, PA0 type base oil occupies a pivotal position in the field oflubricants. The study of its performance, characteristics and applications will be of great help to its development, and willlay the foundation for the study of formulation system. The PAO base oil synthetic route, physicochemical properties andapplications were analyzed, result showed that the main synthesis used oligomeric hydrogenation, PA0 base oil output hadexcellent low temperature properties, thermal stability and good chemical inertiacompared to class I and class Ⅱ lowviscosity base oil, there were broad prospects for development in the automotive and industrial areas.
