摘要 以翻转课堂为依托,构建了以"视频和教材"为基础,以包括案例教学、情景教学、小组合作学习和用软件进行课程设计的"教学内容和方法"为核心,以"课程考核方式改革"为保障,以"培养学生的创新意识和实践能力"为目标的适用于管理类课程的教学体系,充分发挥学生在教学活动中的主动性和主体地位,真正实现知识传递与知识建构的双向互动。 Based on flipped classroom, the paper constructed a teaching system that is suitable for all management courses. The system's construction was based on videos and textbooks, taking the unique teaching contents and methods which including case teaching, situational teaching, group cooperative learning and curriculum design with software as the core, taking course examination reform as guarantee, and taking training students' innovative consciousness and practice ability as the target. The system aimed at exerting initiative and main body position of the students in teaching activities, so as to realize the two-way interaction between knowledge transfer and knowledge construction.
