高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作的中坚力量,是大学生学习、生活以及思想的指导者和引路人。在日常管理工作中,尤其是在对大学生进行思想政治教育的时候,合理、正确地运用归因理论,有助于提高大学生学习成绩,帮助他们树立积极、乐观的生活态度,引导他们进行合理、有效的职业生涯规划,引领他们树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,以促进大学生心理健康发展,提高高校辅导员工作成效,从而促进思想政治教育工作的顺利开展。

College Counselors are commanders and backbones of university＇s ideological and political education. They are supervisors and pilots of students＇ study, life and ideology. In their daily management work, especially in the ideological and political education of college students, applying Attribution Theory reasonably and correctly contributes to improving students＇ academic achievements, helping students to set up a positive and optimistic attitude towards life, guiding them to make reasonable and effective career planning, and leading them to establish a correct outlook on the world, on life and on values. Consequently promote the development of students＇ psychological health, and improve the effectiveness of college counselors＇ work, so as to promote the ideological and political education smoothly.
