Strategies for New Energy Vehicle Price Replacement

新能源汽车替代传统燃油汽车是新能源汽车发展的最终目标.但现阶段,新能源汽车价格偏高是实现替代的主要阻碍之一.文章基于新能源汽车购置成本和使用成本的构成,探讨了新能源汽车对燃油汽车的可替代性,通过建立新能源汽车的价格替代模型,提出新能源汽车目标成本管理加梯度差价动态补贴的政府购车补贴策略,以及优化配置电力能源并补充其他能源减低新能源汽车动力消耗成本等措施,以期实现新能源汽车对燃油汽车的逐步替代.

It＇s the ultimate development goal of the new energy vehicles to replace the traditional fuel vehicles. However, at present stage, the high price of new energy vehicle is one of the main obstacles for the replacement. After analyzing the purchase cost and maintenance cost of new energy vehicle, this paper concludes that traditional fuel vehicle can be replaced if a price replacement model of the new energy vehicle is created. Besides, other measures such as cost management, a gradient difference dynamic subsidy and an optimized energy supplement can help to achieve an earlier replacement.
