Currently China＇s vocational colleges are developing major resource database which mainly relies on course resource database. The paper discusses the development background, target, concept, contents and practical exploration on the example of the course of automotive performances evaluation and purchase, which can provide useful experiences for the development and practicing of major course resource database in China＇s vocational colleges.
