摘要
大数据时代的到来不仅为高校教学创新改革的实现提供了一个良好的机遇,同时也有效地促进了高校教师数据素养结构的完善。在当前社会关于大数据研究的基础上,文章就当前高校教师数据素养的构成进行了分析,进一步对大数据环境下高校教师应当具备何种素养进行了探寻。同时,对教师数据素养进行培育的重要作用进行了介绍,以促进人们对教师数据素养培育的重视,促进教师数据素养培育目标的合理制定。最后,详细介绍了大数据环境下高校教师数据素养的发展和培育策略。
The arrival of big data era not only provides a good opportunity for the realization of teaching in- novation in universities, but also improves the structure of data literacy of college teachers effectively. Based on the current research on big data society, the current data accomplishment of college teachers is analyzed, furthermore, the qualities that the teachers in colleges and universities should have under the big data environment is studied in this paper. It also introduces the important role of teacher's data literacy in detail so as to promote people's attention to the cultivation of teachers" data literacy, and to promote the rational formulation of teachers" data literacy goals. Finally, it expatiates the development and cultivation strategy of university teachers' data literacy in big data environment.
