高职毕业生工作适应性影响因素研究

The Study of the Factors of Adaptability of Graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges

探讨影响高职毕业生适应性的相关因素的研究已经成为高职教育研究的重要内容。通过实证方法分析得出影响高职毕业生工作适应性主要有四个因素,分别是:学校教育、个人规划、工作期望、发展空间。并在此基础上从学校、企业、高职生本身角度提出了相应的改进意见和建议,对提升高职生工作适应性有借鉴意义。

With the development of higher vocational education, it is important to discuss the factors affect- ing the adaptability of graduates. Through empirical analysis, four factors that affect higher vocational graduates＇ work adaptability are concluded in this paper ： school education, individual planning, job expectations and development-space. Based on this, this paper puts forward the corresponding opinions and sug- gestions from the perspective of schools, enterprises and students, which can be used as a reference to improve work adaptability of higher vocational students.
