摘要 基于金属非金属地下矿山重大危险源辨识理论,探讨了金属非金属地下矿山重大危险源辨识依据与分级办法;通过整合矿山原有信息系统,搭建了矿山数字化监控集成平台,实现了对矿山重大危险源的智能分级与预警;结合矿山一案三制应急管理体系建设的核心内容,进一步加强对金属非金属地下矿山安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防性工作机制,通过科学高效的应急指挥决策,强化安全监管执法力度,综合提升矿山的安全生产管理水平。 Based on the theoretical study of the identification of major hazards in metal and nonmetal under- ground mines, this paper discusses the identification and classification methods of major hazard sources in metal and nonmetal mines,integrates the original information system of mine and sets up a digital monito- ring and integration platform to realize the intelligent classification and early warning for high-risk hazard sources. The paper also further strengthens the double prevention work mechanism to the enterprise secur- ity risk classification control and the hidden hazard investigation and management,with the case of the core content of one-plan-three-system emergency management system. Finally, through scientific and efficient emergency command decision-making, it is advised to strengthen the safety supervision and law enforce- ment, and comprehensively improve the level of safety production work in mines.
