企业参与地方本科院校校企合作问题探究

Research on Enterprises' Participation in University-enterprise Cooperation of Local Undergraduate Universities

产教融合、校企合作成是地方本科院校培养应用技能型人才的主要途径。企业的积极参与,对校企合作的效果起着至关重要的作用,本文通过对一所地方本科院校和企业合作的现状调查,发现企业在参与校企合作的过程中存在思想认识不到位、企业自身规模有限、缺乏相关法律法规制度保障、人才市场相对过剩等问题,从而提出企业管理者要提高认识、更新观念,突破企业规模限制、全面全程参与校企合作,建立健全相关法律法规制度、成立合作委员会,加大宣传、营造良好校企合作氛围等建议。

Production-teaching integration and university-enterprise cooperation are the main way to cultivate applied talents in local universities. And the active participation of enterprises plays an important role in the effect of university-enterprise cooperation. Based on the actuality investigation of university-enterprise co- operation in a local undergraduate college, this article puts forward the problems such as the insufficient ideological cognition in the university-enterprise cooperation process of enterprises＇ participation, the limited scale of the enterprise itself, the lack of relevant laws and regulations, the relative surplus of the talent market and so on. Then the article proposes some relevant proposal included that the managers of enterprise should enhance recognition and renew concepts, the limitation of enterprise scale should be broken through, the enterprises should participated fully in the university-enterprise cooperation, relevant laws and regulations should be established and improved, the cooperation committee should be established, the propagandist strength should be increased to create excellent atmosphere of university-enterprise cooperation.
