摘要
食品营养与检验教育专业属于工科实用型专业,结合本专业特点及我校职业技能型人才培养和中职教师的培养特色,实践课程体系构建的思路以服务于地方企业人才需求为出发点,构建一套包括多种实践环节的实践教学体系,并制定相应的实践教学保障体系,使实践教学内容得以顺利完成,并达到高质量应用型人才培养的目的。
Food Nutrition and Inspection Education Professional belongs to engineering practical profession, combined with the characteristics of this profession and features of our college, the thinking of practice curriculum system construction to serve the local enterprise talent demands as the starting point, building a set of including many kinds of practical links of practice teaching system, and formulate the corresponding praetice teaching security system, to complete the practice teaching content, and achieve the goal of high quality applied talents training.
