摘要
简述了新环保要求下精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产装置面临的问题,分析了废气、废水、废固中的特征污染物,依据现在PTA领域的新技术,对排放点的控制提出了建议。废气应严格控制固体粉末、溴甲烷和各种有机物,并建议PTA装置全面推行泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术,对生产、输送和储存过程中挥发性有机物(VOCs)泄漏进行有效的监测和监管。废水应严格控制钴、锰含量,利用先进PTA生产工艺进行改造升级,可达到环保要求。废固应进行资源化利用,回收催化剂并将其中有价值的物质分离出来作为副产品出售。在进行"三废"处理过程中,通过技术手段达到既能满足环保要求,还能为企业创造利润,取得可观的经济效益和社会效益。
Issues under new environment requirements in purified terephthalic acid (PTA) plant are described briefly.Featured pollutants in exhaust gas,waste water,and solid residue are analyzed.Advertisements on control of emission points are put forward.Solid powder,methyl bromide,and all kinds of organics should be strictly restricted.All the PTA plants should be equipped with leak detection and repair (LDAR) technology,by which the volatile organic conpounds (VOCs) in the process of production,transportation and storage can be effectively monitored and supervised.Content of cobalt and manganese in waste water can meet environmental requirements by using advanced technology to upgrade the PTA process.Solid residue shall be resource treated to recover catalysts and separate valuable materials as by-products for selling.In the process of waste disposal,by using of technical means,environmental standards can be satisfied and profit can be obtained for enterprises at same time.Considerable economic and social benefits will be achieved.
