摘要
目的癌症患者采用PEG-rh G-CSF化疗致血液变化情况分析。方法收集和分析临床上5例不同身高体质量,不同临床诊断,不同化疗方案、不同使用阶段出现中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC)降低患者应用PEG-rh G-CSF后的血液变化情况。结果 PEG-rh G-CSF 3 mg单次用药即可改善患者中性粒细胞减少。结论 PEG-rh G-CSF能及时升高患者的血液指标,降低因ANC降低所引发的风险,减少患者的注射次数,提高患者的依从性,保证化疗进行。
Objective To understand and master the blood changes after the application of PEG-rhG-CSF in patients with chemotherapy, so that make the drug in tumor chemotherapy in patients with better application. Methods Collected and analyzed five clinical cases of different height and weight, different clinical diagnosis, different chemotherapy regimens, different stages of use patients with blood changes after the application of PEG-rhG-CSF. Results PEG-rhG-CSF single dose 3 mg could improve the neutropenia in patients. Conclusion PEG-rhG-CSF can increase a patient＇s blood indexes in time,reduce the risk of triggered due to lower the ANC, decrease the number of injections for patients, improve patients compliance, assure chemotherapy process.
