分骨垫在普通小夹板外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折中的应用

Application of bone-separating pad in the children with fracture of both ulna and Radiusin were treatmented with small splint external fixation

目的观察分骨垫在儿童尺桡骨骨折夹板外固定治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年5月-2016年10月收治的儿童尺桡骨骨折患儿40例,所有患儿均经手法复位,采用分骨垫、普通小夹板外固定治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果随访1周~6个月,其中2例于1周后行X线复查提示骨折端移位较大,接受手术治疗,其余38例至末次随访时X线提示骨折接近解剖复位或解剖复位,且骨折线变模糊甚至消失,患儿前臂功能恢复正常。结论采用手法复位、分骨垫、普通小夹板外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折疗效确切,患儿功能恢复及满意度良好,是一种相对安全、有效的方法之一。手术治疗适用于开放性尺桡骨骨折或合并血管、神经损伤以及手法整复后再发生移位患者。

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of bone-separating pad in the children with fracture of both ulna and Radiusin were treatmented with small splint external fixation. Methods 40 cases of children with fracture of both ulna and Radiusin from May 2012 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, all children were manually reset, using bone-separating pad,ordinary small plywood external fixation,to observe the therapeutic effect. Results Followed up for 1 week to 6 months,2 cases in 1 week after the X-ray examination showed a greater displacement of the fracture, surgery, The remaining 38 cases to the last follow-up X-ray prompted the fracture close to anatomical reduction or anatomical reduction, and the fracture line be- comes blurred or even disappear,the patient＇s forearm function returned to normal. Conclusion It is a relatively safe and effective method to treat the children with fracture of both ulna and Radius by means of manual reduction, bone-separating pad and ordinary small splint external fixation. Surgical treatment for open ulnar fractures or combined with blood vessels, nerve injury and manipulation after the recurrence of patients.
