摘要 选择性激光熔化(selective laser melting,SLM)技术可以直接成形高性能金属零件,是最具应用前景的快速成形技术之一。文章以316不锈钢粉末为试验材料进行20mm×20mm×20mm正方体方块的制作,讨论了铺粉层厚对制件性能的影响规律;并通过试验,确定最佳的加工参数,制得了致密度为99.9%、拉伸强度达1 038.8 MPa的制件。该文对SLM成形高质量零件具有一定的指导意义。 Selective laser melting(SLM), one of rapid prototyping techniques with most possible appn- cation foreground, can fabricate high-performance metallic parts directly. Using 316L stainless steel powder as the experimental material, a 20 minX20 minX20 mm cube was fabricated to reveal the in- fluence law of the powder layer thickness on the performance of the product. Through the experi- ment, a group of the best processing parameters were acquired, with which a product with 99.9% density and 1 038.8 MPa tensile strength was manufactured. It has guiding significance for improving the performance of the product made with SLM method.
