摘要
目的研究食品饮料行业智力资本与企业绩效的关系,寻找企业价值增值的驱动因素。方法借鉴智力资本增值系数(VAIC),选取94家食品饮料行业上市公司2013-2015年的数据,通过因子分析法和多元线性回归法研究食品饮料行业智力资本与企业绩效的关系。结果食品饮料行业智力资本中物质资本与企业绩效之间存在不显著负相关关系;人力资本和结构资本与企业绩效都存在显著正相关关系,但是结构资本对企业绩效贡献大于人力资本的绩效贡献。结论食品饮料企业智力资本已逐步代替物质资本成为企业价值提升主要驱动因素,建议企业应加强企业价值创造源泉的智力资本管理。
Purposes-To study the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise perform- ance by taking food and beverage industry as an example, and to seek the value-added driving factors of enterprises. Methods--By using Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) for reference, the data from the 94 listed companies in food and beverage industry during 3 years (2013--2015) are selected to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise performance in food and bev- erage industry with the method of factor analysis and multiple linear regression. Results--There is an insignificant negative correlation between material capital and intellectual capital in the intellectual capital of the food and beverage industry; However, there is a significant positive correlation between human ~ structural capitals and corporate performance, and the structural capital contribute more to the business performance than human capital. Conclusion--In the food and beverage industry, the in- tellectual capital has gradually replaced material capital and become the main driving factor in the pro- motion of enterprise value. It is suggested that the enterprises should strengthen the management of intellectual capital, which is the source of enterprise value creation.
