承德石油高等专科学校中外合作办学辅导员的队伍现状及对策——以中德合作办学为例 被引量:3

摘要 中外合作办学是加强高职院校与国际教育合作交流的重要途径,以承德石油高等专科学校中德合作办学专业为例,分析了学校合作办学情况和辅导员队伍发展的现状,并从加强中德合作办学辅导员考核体系和建立我校辅导员激励制度两个方面提出了建议。 Sino-foreign jointed program is a significant way to improve higher vocational colleges' international education cooperation. This paper takes the sino-German jointed programs in Chengde Petroleum College as an example to illustrate the basic sino-foreign jointed program counselor team situation. At last, it proposes two suggestions for the cooperation program of counselor team' s evalu- ation system and motivation system.
