高校贫困生建档认定工作存在的问题及对策

为了科学地了解2007年国家设立助学金以来在实施中出现的问题,编制了《高校贫困生资助工作问卷调查》,对学生进行问卷调查。调查问卷发现,家庭经济困难学生的精准认定存在的问题较大;受助学生的感恩教育刻不容缓;受助学生的依赖心理也是一个不容忽视的问题。解决这些问题需要高校从制度层面上科学建立贫困生精准认定办法;制定受助学生感恩社会的考核措施,加强学生的感恩教育;建立惩戒和退出机制,解决受助学生的依赖心理。

Founding student thanksgiving social help and aid system in university development is the cornerstone. Building the cornerstone is to establish a Love Bank, and issue ＂love cards＂. According to the provisions of the approved amount of volun- teer hours, hindering the rapid development of college student aid system disorder is the recipients of the students＇ psychological dependence; eliminating the barrier is to establish a credit bank and campus personal credit system.
