Construction and Management of “Skill Master Studio” in Higher Vocational Colleges

"技能大师工作室"作为国家高级技能人才的重要载体,具有人才培养、技术革新和咨询服务等多种作用。结合企业"技能大师工作室"的建设和管理经验,对高职院校"技能大师工作室"的建设方法和管理手段进行了初步探讨。

As an important carrier of the country＇ s senior skilled personnel, the ＂ skill master studio＂ has many functions such as personnel training, technological innovation and consulting serv- ices. Based on the construction and management experience of the ＂skill master studio＂ , this paper probes into the construction methods and management methods of skill master studio in higher voca-tional colleges.
