妊娠合并血液系统恶性肿瘤是罕见的危害孕妇及胎儿生命的严重疾病，受妊娠期特殊生理变化的影响，早期诊断常常很困难。治疗主要以化疗和生物制剂为基础，可以辅助放疗。产科处理应在遵循肿瘤治疗原则的基础上综合考虑不同类型恶性肿瘤的特点及其与妊娠状态的相互影响，考虑患者年龄及生育要求，多学科协作，制定出个性化的治疗方案，同时加强新生儿护理和远期随访。

Pregnancy complicated with hematologic malignancies is a rare and serious disease that severely endangers pregnant women and their fetuses. It＇s often difficult to make early diagnosis because of the special physiological changes of pregnancy. The treatment is mainly based on chemotherapy and biotherapy, and assisted with radiotherapy. The obstetrical treatment should be individualized with mnltidisciplinary collaboration on the basis of principles of cancer therapy by taking into account characteristics of different types of malignancies, interaction between pregnancy and tumor, patient＇s age and reproductive requirement. Also, neonatal care and long-term follow-up should be strengthened.
