摘要
通过对房地产市场现状的深入分析 ,研究其存在的主要问题 ,并以制度经济学为理论依据 ,评析了影响与制约现行房市正常运行的制度性障碍 。
The author researches the main problems of real estate market through further analyzing the present condition of real estate market, evaluates and analyzes the systematic barrier that influences and restricts the regular operation of the present real estate market. Based on the theory of systematic economics, the author puts forward a new idea and practical strategy that system initiation is the key to activate the present real estate market.
