三根方超声雾化喷喉治疗急性单纯性咽炎风热证临床观察

Sangen Decoction and Ultrasonic Atomizing Inhalation in Treatment of Acute Simple Pharyngitis of Wind-Heat Syndrome

目的:观察三根方超声雾化喷喉治疗急性咽炎风热证的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性单纯性咽炎风热证患者随机分为两组,治疗组用三根方煎液超声雾化,对照组用生理盐水超声雾化,治疗3 d,观察临床综合疗效和主要症状体征疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率10.71%,两组疗效有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);三根方组能明显改善咽痛、咽干、咽痒、咳嗽、充血、水肿等症状体征。结论:三根方超声雾化喷喉治疗急性单纯性咽炎风热证有显著疗效,值得扩大样本含量进一步研究。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Sangen Decoction and ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in the treatment of acute simple pharyngitis of wind-heat syndrome. Methods： Randomized controlled study was set up on the sample of60 cases,which were divided into the Sangen Decoction group（ treatment group） and the NS group（ control group）. The treatment group used Sangen Decoction and the control group took NS. Both the two groups were treated for 3 days. The clinical synthesis curative effect and the main symptoms curative effect were observed. Results： The total efficiency in Sangen Decoction group was93. 75% and in the control group it was 10. 71%. There was a significant difference（ P〈0. 01） between the two groups. Sangen Decoction can significantly improve the efficacy of clinical symptoms including sore throat,dry throat,throat itching,cough and throat congestion. Conclusion： Sangen Decoction is an effective prescription for treatment of acute simple pharyngitis of wind-heat syndrome. It is worthy of further studying with larger sample content.
