免煎中药止咳平喘颗粒对婴幼儿哮喘患儿外周血树突细胞共刺激分子的影响分析

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Relieving Cough and Asthma Influencing DC Costimulatory Molecules on Peripheral Blood in Infants with Asthma

目的:探讨免煎中药止咳平喘颗粒对婴幼儿哮喘患儿外周血树突细胞(DC)共刺激分子的影响。方法:收集2013—2015年该院收治的符合婴幼儿哮喘诊断标准的患儿72例,随机分为两组各36例,治疗组用免煎中药止咳平喘颗粒治疗,对照组用传统西药治疗,分析两组研究对象治疗前后外周血DC的表面分子的表达差异、辅助T淋巴细胞Th1和Th2的水平差异;以及DC表面分子表达与辅助T淋巴细胞相关关系。结果:CD80、CD86、CD40和HLA-DR在治疗后的表达均低于治疗前和对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);Th1细胞和Th1/Th2比例在治疗后高于治疗前和对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);Th2细胞在治疗后低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。CD80与Th1、Th1/Th2呈正相关;CD86与Th1呈正相关,与Th2、Th1/Th2呈负相关;CD1a与Th1呈正相关;CD40与Th2呈负相关;HLA-DR与Th1呈正相关。结论:免煎中药止咳平喘颗粒治疗婴幼儿哮喘后可使DC细胞上的表面分子降低,可扭转辅助T淋巴细胞Th1/Th2比例失衡,且DC细胞上的表面分子和辅助T淋巴细胞功能密切相关。

Objective： To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine of relieving cough and asthma influencing the DC costimulatory molecules on peripheral blood in infants with asthma. Methods： Seventy-two cases of infants with asthma were collected in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 and were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group＇s 36 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine of relieving cough and asthma and the control group＇s 36 cases with conventional therapy of Western medicine. Compare the expression of DC and Th1,Th2 in peripheral blood of the two groups before and after treatment and analyze the relationship between DC expression and T lymphocyte. Results： The expression of CD80,CD86,CD40 and HLA-DR after treatment were lower than those before treatment and control group（ P〈0. 05）. Th1 and Th1/Th2 after treatment were higher than those before treatment and those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Th2 cells were lower than those before treatment and those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. CD80 was positively correlated with Th1 and Th1/Th2. CD86 was positively correlated with Th1 and negatively correlated with Th2,Th1/Th2. CD1 a was positively correlated with Th1. CD40 was negatively correlated with Th2. HLA-DR was positively correlated with Th1. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine of relieving cough and asthma in the treatment of infantile asthma can make the surface molecules on DC cells decrease and reverse the imbalance of Th1/Th2 ratio in T lymphocytes and the surface molecules on DC cells is closely related to the function of T lymphocytes.
