血府逐瘀汤对老年冠心病合并抑郁症患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Serum Inflammatory Factors in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Depression

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对老年冠心病合并抑郁症患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选择2015年2月—2016年2月110例在该院确诊治疗的老年冠心病合并抑郁症患者,均分为两组,对照组服用辛伐他汀分散片治疗;观察组采用血府逐瘀汤治疗。测定患者血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-8的含量。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分法及SDS评分对两组患者治疗前后抑郁情况进行评分比较;用西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)对患者生活质量进行评分比较。随访记录患者心血管不良事件的发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者SAQ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);SDS、HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组经治疗后TNF-α、CRP、IL-8水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心血管不良事件发生率(3.64%)明显少于对照组(25.45%)(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤能有效降低老年冠心病合并抑郁症患者炎性因子水平,改善患者抑郁状况及生活质量,降低不良心血管事件发生率。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on serum inflammatory factors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and depression. Methods： From February 2015 to February 2016,110 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The control group took Simvastatin Dispersible Tablets treatment. The observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. Determine serum TNF-alpha,CRP and IL-8 levels. Use Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） score and SDS score of two groups before and after treatment. Seattle Angina Questionnaire（ SAQ） was used to compare the quality of life of the patients. The occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events was recorded. Results： After treatment,the SAQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. HAMD and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of IL-8,CRP and TNF-alpha were significantly decreased in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events（ 3. 64%） in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（ 25. 45%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and depression,improve the patients＇ depression and quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
