中西医结合治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血临床观察

Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Hepatocirrhosis with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:选取2014年3月—2016年8月收治的肝硬化合并上消化道出血的患者96例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者单纯给予奥曲肽治疗,治疗组患者给予奥曲肽联合止血散和清肠汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、输血量、止血时间、住院时间,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为93.75%、81.25%,与对照组对比,治疗组的总有效率明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组对比,治疗组患者的输血量明显减少,止血时间与住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应的总发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在奥曲肽治疗的基础上联合止血散和清肠汤治疗可显著提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods： During March 2014-August 2016,96 cases of hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were as the research objects,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group patients were simply given the octreotide treatment and the treatment group patients given the octreotide combined Zhixue Powder and Qingchang Decoction. Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,blood transfusion amount,the bleeding time,hospitalization time and observe adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Results： The treatment group＇s total efficiency was 93. 75% and that of the control group 81. 25%. Compared with the control group,the total efficiency of the treatment group increased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the volume of blood transfusion in the treatment group was significantly reduced,bleeding time and hospitalization time were significantly shortened（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： On the basis of octreotide treatment,combined with Zhixue Powder and Qingchang Decoction treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and shorten treatment time. It is worthy of clinical application.
