“头八针”对精神分裂症患者生存质量影响的随机对照研究

Effect of Qin's Eight Points of Scalp Acupunctrue on Quality of Life of Patients with Schizophrenia: A Randomized Controlled Trial

目的:探讨秦氏"头八针"对长期口服抗精神病药物的精神分裂症患者生存质量的影响。方法:将精神分裂症患者70例,随机分为"头八针"治疗组和对照组各35例。"头八针"治疗组在均维持原有抗精神分裂症药物品种与剂量不变的情况下去,以"头八针"治疗干预,每周3次,共观察4周。治疗前、后对所有病例分别采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL-100)、副反应量表(TESS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定治疗前、后患者精神及身体各项症状的严重程度。结果:治疗前,两组患者各量表分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,除QOL-100量表中的独立性领域、社会关系领域、环境领域外,两组病人的其他各量表得分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,"头八针"治疗组在WHQOL-100量表中的生理领域、心理领域、精神支柱领域及一般健康状况和生存质量有显著的变化及改善(P<0.05)。在其他量表中,"头八针"治疗组患者得分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组病人各量表分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:秦氏"头八针"可以明显改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量及健康状态,并在很大程度上缓解药物所带来的不良反应,重塑患者良好心理上的健康感受,对患者身心康复起到了非常肯定的帮助。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Qin＇s eight points of scalp acupunctrue on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia in long-term oral antipsychotic drugs. Methods： Seventy patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each group. Qin＇s eight points of scalp acupunctrue treatment group used the original anti schizophrenia drugs and Qin＇s eight points of scalp acupunctrue,3 times a week,a total of four weeks observation. Before and after treatment,all patients were assessed with WHOQOL-100,TESS,HAMA,PSQI,respectively. Before and after treatment,the severity of mental and physical symptoms were compared. Results： Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of the two groups（ P〈0. 05）in the field of independence,social relations and environment in addition to the QOL-100 scale. After treatment,the treatment group＇s WHQOL-100 scale in the physical field,psychological field,the field of mental support and general health status and quality of life had a significant change and improvement（ P〈0. 05）. In other scales,there were significant differences in the scores of the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qin＇s eight points of scalp acupunctrue can improve the patients＇ quality of life and health status and in a great extent ease the adverse reactions caused by drugs,remodel patients with good psychological health perception and has positive help for the physical and psychological rehabilitation.
