热敏灸治疗临床病症的文献分析研究

Literature Analysis of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion Treating Clinical Symptoms

目的:研究分析热敏灸在治疗临床病症方面近6年来的发展状况,系统评价其治疗的有效性。方法:收集热敏灸治疗临床病症的试验研究,计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),万方数据库(WANFANG DATA),维普全文期刊数据库(VIP),检索时间跨度为:2010年1月1日—2015年12月31日,筛选符合纳入研究标准的临床随机对照试验。对纳入分析的文献进行计量和质量分析,提取有效数据,采用Rev Man 5.2软件版进行统计处理,制成相应的趋势图表。结果:发表热敏灸治疗临床病症论文226篇,论文第一作者或通讯作者所在单位多系三甲医院,涉及20个省市,发表在60类医学期刊上,文献涉及52种临床病症,分属于12个病症系统,发表论文数量、质量呈现逐年上升趋势。结论:2010—2015年,热敏灸治疗临床病症的科技论文分析在一定程度上反映热敏灸近6年来研究的发展趋势,确定热敏灸在临床治疗上的有效性,为以后热敏灸进一步的研究和发展提供一定的参考证据和方向。

Objective： To study and analyze the development of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of clinical symptoms in the past 6 years and the effectiveness of the system to evaluate the effectiveness of its treatment. Methods： Collect heat sensitive moxibustion treatment experimental studies on Pub Med,EMBASE,China journal full text database（ CNKI）,Wanfang database（ from data）,VIP Chinese journal full text database（ VIP）. Retrieval time span： 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2015. To analyze the literature and quality analysis and extract effective data. Use Rev Man 5. 2 software version of statistical processing to make the corresponding trend chart. Results： There were 226 papers and the first authors were mainly from 3A hospitals,involving 20 provinces and cities. These papers were published in 60 kinds of medical journals,involving 52 clinical symptoms,12 diseases. The number of papers published and the quality are rising year by year. Conclusion： During 2010-2015,papers about heat sensitive moxibustion treatment,to some extent,reflect the development trend of heat sensitive moxibustion in the past 6 years. To determine the effectiveness of heat sensitive moxibustion in clinical treatment provides the future research and development for heat sensitive moxibustion.
