当归芍药散加减治疗妇科杂病验案六则

当归芍药散(当归、白术、芍药、川芎、茯苓、泽泻)是《金匮要略》中的名方之一。曹立幸在广东省中医院从事妇科临床、教学、研究工作二十余年,具有丰富的临床经验。曹立幸认为现代女性经历经带胎产乳,同时背负着家庭及工作双重压力,导致"多虚多瘀",针对这一病因病机,曹立幸在临床上多次运用当归芍药散加减治疗多种妇科疾病,疗效显著。现结合曹立幸的六则验案来探讨其运用当归芍药散治疗妇科疾病经验。

Danggui Shaoyao Powder,consisting of Danggui（ Angelica sinensis（ Oliv.） Diels.,root）,Baishao（ Paeonia lactiflora Pall.,root）,Chuanxiong（ Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.,rhizome）,Bazhu（ Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,root and rhizome）,Fuling [Poria cocos（ Schw.） Wolf.,fungus nucleus],Zexie[Alisma orientale（ Sam.） Juzep.,rhizome],is a famous traditional herbal medicine. It was fist recorded in Jinkui Yaolue. Prof. CAO Lixing has been engaged in TCM clinic,teaching and research for more than 20 years and has accumulated much experience. She thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of gynecological diseases is Qi and blood deficiency and stasis of women. In view of the characteristics of the pathogenesis and in combination with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,chief doctor CAO Lixing uses Danggui Shaoyao Powder to reconcile Qi and blood and promoting circulation and removing stasis,achieving good results.
