摘要
牵张成骨是骨科肢体重建的重要技术,但治疗周期长和新骨形成不佳是亟待解决的关键问题。应用外源性BMP是目前促进成骨的主要方法,但存在诸多缺陷,促进内源性BMP合成、提高生物利用度是解决问题的有效途径。补肾法促进骨形成的作用确切,对于激活BMP-smad信号通路也有巨大的潜能,但在牵张成骨中的作用靶点和调节机制尚未明确。文章就目前补肾中药调控BMP-Smad信号通路促进牵张成骨的相关研究作一综述。
DO( distracton osteogenesis) is an important technique of limb lengthening and reconstruction in orthopaedics.However,long treatment cycle and poor new bone formation,as main accompanied problems were needed to be solved. Application of exogenous BMP is the current approach to promoting osteogenesis,but it also have many defects. Therefore,promoting synthesis of endogenous BMP and improving bioavailability of BMP are effective alternations to solve existing problems in DO. Tonifying kidney has specific facilitation to osteogenesis,and also has great potency of activating BMP-Smad signal path. But it is still unclear that by what mechanism and targets tonifying kidney work in DO. In our article,we make a review of tonifying kidney drugs promoting distraction osteogenesis on BMP-Smad signaling pathway.
