中医药治疗结直肠癌术后复发转移的研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Therapy for Postoperative Recurrence and Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer

目的:文章综述了近年来中医药治疗结直肠癌术后复发转移的研究报道,以期能为临床治疗提供更充分的理论依据和治疗方案。方法:针对近年来采用中医药疗法预防结直肠癌术后患者复发转移的临床研究报道进行分析、总结,从辨证论治、中药单体治疗及中成药治疗等方面阐述中医药治疗预防结直肠癌术后患者复发转移的研究进展。结果:中医辨证论治可明显降低结直肠癌术后患者复发转移率,治则以扶正健脾固本,化湿散瘀解毒为主,具体应根据患者证候辨证施治、临证加减;中成药、中药单体对结直肠癌术后患者复发转移的临床研究进展相对缓慢。结论:中医药治疗结直肠癌术后患者应发挥辨证论治特色,可降低结直肠癌术后患者的复发转移率、延长生存期、提高生活质量。

Objective： Recent clinical research reports on the prevention of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer by means of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） therapy were reviewed in order to provide more adequate theoretical bases and therapy programs for the clinical treatment. Methods： Analyses and summaries were conducted specifically on the recent medical research reports on adopting TCM therapy to prevent colorectal cancer patients＇ postoperative recurrence and metastasis.In addition,the research progress of TCM therapy for the postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer was set up from the perspectives of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Chinese patent medicine treatment,TCM monomer treatment,etc.Results： The syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM can significantly prevent colorectal cancer patients＇ postoperative recurrence and metastasis. The therapeutic principle mainly lies in strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,while the key to strengthen the body resistance is to tonify the spleen,in which syndrome differentiation and therapy must be conducted,increased or reduced in accordance with patients＇ clinical syndromes. The clinical research progress of the effects of Chinese patent medicines and Chinese medicine monomer on colorectal cancer patients＇ postoperative recurrence and metastasis is relatively slow. Conclusion： The characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment should be given play to in the process of treating the postoperative patients of colorectal cancer by adopting TCM therapy which can reduce the recurrence and metastasis rate,prolong the survival time and improve quality of life for the postoperative patients of colorectal cancer.
