采用新月柄杆菌分泌强力胶的胶结充填体自稳能力构建试验

摘要 胶结充填体充填失效,严重影响井下采矿作业。为了提高采矿效率,确保采场安全,需要提高胶结充填体的自稳能力。基于此,提出了引入新月柄杆菌在胶结充填体拌合之时或胶结充填体充填井下之后分泌强力胶,以减少水泥用量和总物质用量,提高胶结充填体后期强度,同时进行相关的试验和应用探索。试验结果表明:木屑的加入既能够为新月柄杆菌提供营养物,又能够有效提高占据体积,并且含有木屑的胶结充填体抵御荷载作用的变形能力较强,具有较好的弹性特性,能够为提出的充填空区关键块撞击冲量解释胶结充填体所起主要作用的假定提供支撑。 Underground filling operations can be influenced seriously under the conditions of filling failure of cemented filling body. In order to improve mining efficiency and ensure the stope safety,it is necessary to improve the self-stabilization ability of cemented filling body. The strong glue can be secreted by crescent handle bacillus during the mixing of cemented filling body or after underground filling by cemented filling body,so as to reduce the cement dosage and total dosage of materials of cemented filling body to improve the later strength of cemented filling body,besides that,some related tests and application analysis are done. The test results show that the addition of sawdust can not only provide nutrient for crescent handle bacillus,but also could increase the volume,besides that,the anti-deformation ability of the cemented filling body containing sawdust under the action of load is strong,the elasticity characteristics of the cemented filling body is good. The above analysis results in this paper can provide some technical supporting for the hypothesis of the main role of cemented filling body explained by the impact impulse of the key blocks of cemented filling body filled in the goaf.
