四川某锂多金属矿石选矿试验 被引量:8

Experimental Research on Comprehensive Utilization of Lithium Polymetallic Ore in Sichuan Province

摘要 四川某低贫锂多金属矿石中主要有用矿物为锂辉石,Li_2O含量为1.20%,伴生的有益组分为铌、钽,Nb_2O_5+Ta_2O_5含量为0.0222%。为确定该矿石的开发利用工艺,对矿石进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,以自主开发的新药剂EM-PN5为锂铌钽混浮捕收剂,采用浮选—弱磁选—强磁选—重选流程处理,获得了Li_2O品位为5.73%、Li_2O回收率为85.63%,Nb_2O_5含量为0.020%、Ta_2O_5含量为0.028%、Nb_2O_5回收率为30.78%、Ta_2O_5回收率为47.00%的锂精矿;以及Nb_2O_5品位为20.610%、Ta_2O_5品位为16.290%、Nb_2O_5回收率为54.90%、Ta_2O_5回收率为47.34%的铌钽精矿。 The valuable minerals of a lithium polymetallic ore in Sichuan province is mainly spodumene with 1. 20%Li_2O,and associated by valuable components,such as niobium and tantalum with content of Nb_2O_5+ Ta_2O_50. 0222%. In order to determine the development and utilization process of the minerals,beneficiation tests on the ore was carried out. The results indicated that,using the self-developed flotation reagent EM-PN5 as collector for mixed flotation of lithium,niobate and tantalum,the lithium concentrate with Li2 O grade of 5. 73%,Li2 O recovery of 85. 63%,Nb_2O_5 content of 0. 020%,Ta_2O_5 recovery of 0. 028%,Nb_2O_5 recovery of 30. 78% and Ta_2O_5 recovery of 47. 00%,and the niobium-tantalum concentrate with Nb_2O_5 grade of 20. 610%,Ta_2O_5 grade of 16. 290%,Nb_2O_5 recovery of 54. 90%,Ta_2O_5 recovery of 47. 34% were obtained separately by the process of flotation,low intensity magnetic separation,high intensity magnetic separation and gravity concentration.
