摘要
为了解高压辊磨破碎对赤峰金鑫钼矿石辊压产品粒度性能的影响,将其与颚式破碎产品进行了粒度分布特性和Bond球磨功指数对比研究,并对表面微裂纹进行了观察、比较。结果表明:(1)高压辊磨破碎粒度为20~0mm的试样,产品的粒度较颚式破碎产品细;辊面压力越大,产品的粒度越细;高压辊磨机工作压力越大,粒度均匀程度越高,且均高于颚式破碎产品。(2)适当提高辊面速度,有利于改善辊磨产品粒度分布的均匀性。(3)高压辊磨产品(3.2~0 mm)的Bond球磨功指数(目标粒度-0.074 mm)比颚式破碎产品(3.2~0 mm)低10.96%。(4)高压辊磨产品表面的微裂纹比颚式破碎产品多,这正是高压辊磨产品磨矿能耗较低的重要原因。
In order to understand the influence of the grain size properties of Jinxin molybdenum ore in Chifeng crushed by high pressure grinding rolls( HPGR),its size distribution characteristics and bond work index of ball mill were studied and compared with the product of the jaw crusher,and the surface micro cracks were observed and compared. The results show that:(1)For the samples with the crushing size of HPGR 20 ~ 0 mm or below,the size of the product is finer than that of the jaw crusher( JC). The bigger the roll surface pressure,the finer the grain size of the product; The higher working pressure of HPGR,the higher uniformity of the particle size. All index are higher than that of JC.(2)Improving the roller surface speed is beneficial to improve the uniformity of size distribution.(3)the bond work index of ball mill( target particle size-0. 074 mm)of HPGR products( 3. 2 ~ 0 mm) is 10. 96% lower than that of JC( 3. 2 ~ 0 mm).(4) The micro-cracks on the surface of HPGR products are more than that of JC,which is the important reason for the low energy consumption of HPGR.
