矿井通风监测系统与三维通风仿真系统信息融合研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 为解决矿井通风监测系统与三维通风仿真系统存在信息封闭独立、交换标准不统一等问题而形成的大量"信息孤岛",造成大量通风监测数据未得到充分有效利用,从而提出对矿井通风监测系统与三维通风仿真系统进行信息融合研究:研究设计了传感器基本信息、实时监测数据及历史监测数据等6张表单来存储管理通风监测数据;并对矿井通风监测系统数据库与三维通风网络解算参数数据库进行连接、信息匹配以及数据有效性检查,并基于i Vent矿井通风系统与Microsoft SQL server 2008平台进行二次开发,实现了2个系统数据的无缝对接。将其应用于狮子山矿,实现了2个系统信息融合,为实时解算、预警及安全应急管理提供了基础数据保证,对矿山通风生产具有指导价值。 In order to solve the problem that the information of mine ventilation monitoring system and the three-dimensional ventilation simulation system are independent and closed,and the exchange standard is not uniform and so on,a large number of "information islands"are formed,and a large number of ventilation monitoring data are not fully utilized. So,studies on the information fusion of mine ventilation monitoring system and 3D ventilation simulation system the paper is put forward.First of all,6 tables which are composed of basic information of sensor,real-time monitoring data and historical monitoring data and so on are studied and designed to store and manage the ventilation monitoring data. Secondly,the data of the mine ventilation monitoring system database and the three-dimensional ventilation network calculation parameters database are connected,matched and checked. Finally,based on i Vent mine ventilation system and Microsoft SQL server 2008 platform for secondary development,seamless docking of two system data is implemented. It is applied to the Shizishan mine,which realizes the information fusion of the two systems and provides the basic data guarantee for the real-time solution,early warning and safety emergency management,and has the guiding value for the mine ventilation production.
