摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血尿酸(SUA)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管并发症的关系。方法根据有无血管并发症将93例T2DM患者分为T2DM合并血管病变者52例(Ⅰ组)和T2DM未合并血管病变者41例(Ⅱ组),另选取健康体检者45名作为对照组,分别测量三组受试者的Hcy、SUA水平。结果三组间Hcy和SUA水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),水平由高至低依次为Ⅰ组>Ⅱ组>对照组。高Hcy组和高SUA组合并血管并发症发生率均明显高于正常Hcy组和正常SUA组(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy和SUA水平与T2DM血管并发症关系密切。
Objective To explore the relation between homocysteine(Hcy) and serum uric acid(SUA) levels and vascular complications in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods According to the vascular complications, a total of 93 patients with T2DM were divided into group Ⅰ(n=52)(T2DM complicated with vascular diseases) and group Ⅱ(n=41)(T2DM with uncomplicated vascular diseases). Other 45 individuals undergoing physical examination were included into the control group. The levels of Hcy and SUA were detected in the three groups.Results The levels of Hcy and SUA were significantly different among the three groups(P〉0.05) and the levels were listed from high to low: group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, the control group. The vascular complication rate in the group with high Hcy or in the group with high SUA was significantly higher than that in the group with normal Hcy or in the group with normal SUA(P〈0.05).Conclusion The levels of Hcy and SUA are closely related to vascular complications in T2DM.
