同型半胱氨酸与常见临床疾病关系的研究进展

Research progress of the relationship between homocysteine and common clinical diseases

近年来,同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与相关疾病的病理生理机制及其作为治疗靶点、预后评估的研究成为一大热点。随着研究的深入,尽管目前Hcy的致病机理尚不十分明了,但Hcy是一种血管损伤性氨基酸这一提法已得到普遍认可。该文对Hcy与主要常见临床疾病的关系及大致致病机理作一综述。

Recently, homocysteine（Hcy） has become a hotspot on the research fields of pathophysiology of related diseases, the targeted treatment and prognosis evaluation. With the development of the researches, although the pathogenesis of Hcy is not yet clear, it has been generally recognized that Hey is a amino acid that can injury the blood vessels. In this paper, we summarize the relationship between Hcy and the main clinical common diseases as well as the general pathogenesis.
