高职旅游类专业学生工匠精神内涵与培育路径

A Study on the Spiritual Connotation and Cultivation of Artisans in Higher Vocational Tourism

培育高职院校旅游类专业学生工匠精神,既是高职旅游管理类专业学科建设的内在要求,也是高职院校培养适应经济"新常态"下旅游产业升级的实用型专业人才的必然要求。本文从分析工匠精神在我国的历史渊源和主要内涵入手,提出了提高旅游管理专业师生的思想认识、形成有利于工匠精神积淀的校园文化、建设科学的专业课程教学体系、推行工学结合的教学模式等高职旅游类专业学生的工匠精神培育路径。

It is necessary to cultivate the spirit of artisans of tourism students in vocational colleges, which is not only the inherent requirement of the discipline construction of tourism management specialty in higher vocational colleges, but also the practical talents of higher vocational colleges to cultivate the practical talents of tourism industry under the ＂new normal＂ Claim. This paper analyzes the historical origin and main connotation of the spirit of artisan in our country, puts forward the idea of improving the thought and understanding of the teachers and students of tourism management, forming the campus culture which is conducive to the accumulation of the spirit of the craftsmen, building the scientific teaching system of science, and carrying out the teaching Mode and other vocational college students of tourism professional spirit of cultivating the path.
