我国第三方物流营商环境调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Third Party Logistics External Environment in China

近几年我国重视物流业发展,继续推进各方面体制机制改革。但目前我国物流市场环境并不成熟,地方保护、企业垄断现象严重,执法不严与不规范现象丛生,市场监管效果不理想。文章采用问卷调查的方式,对我国物流企业生存发展所处外部环境中存在的问题进行深刻剖析,并提出加强监管和执法力度的必要性,指出企业和政府需共同努力解决当前制约物流企业发展的因素,为物流业健康有序发展提供良好的环境。

In recent years, China＇s attaches importance to the development of the logistics industry and continues to promote the reform of various institutional mechanisms. However Chi-na＇s logistics market environment is not mature, local protec- tion. Monopoly, lack of law enforcement and non-standard phenomenon is serious, the market supervision effect is not ideal. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the exter- nal environment of logistics industry in our country, and puts forward the necessity of strengthening supervision and law en- tbrcement. It points out that enterprises and governments need to work together to solve the factors that restrict the develop- ment of logistics enterprises and provide a good environment for the heahhy and orderly development of the logistics indus- try.
