随着电子商务的迅猛发展,电子商务所涉及的领域也在不断扩展。电子商务与精准扶贫的结合成为带动并解决我国农业不断向前发展的重要手段,同时也成为农村落后地区精准扶贫的重要载体。文章通过以兰州石化职业技术学院"双联"工作点电商精准扶贫为例,通过对甘肃省电商精准扶贫政策以及"双联"工作点基本情况的了解,分析精准扶贫中的农村电商发展现状,探讨农村电商精准扶贫新模式,并提出促进农村实施电商精准扶贫的对策建议。
