中国知识产权制度国际化的重要进展——《著作权法》修改与完善探微

Important Progress of the Internalization of Intellectual Property in China -Amendment and Upgrading of the Copyright Law

当前知识产权制度的国际化趋势愈来愈明显。中国为加入世界贸易组织,在知识产权制度方面需要与国际接轨。为此,根据世界贸易组织 TRIPs协议等国际条约的要求,《著作权法》被作了第一次修正。修改的内容涉及到权利内容、权利客体、权利保护、权利限制等方面。通过对《著作权法》的修正,我国著作权制度已基本与国际接轨。这次对《著作权法》的修改是我国知识产权制度国际化的一个重要举措。

Currently, the trend of the internationalization of intellectual property is more and more obvious. It is necessary for China to be in harmonization with international standards in order to join the WTO. Hence, the Copyright Law of the P. R. C. is amended for the first time in accordance with the requirements of the Trips guided by the WTO and other related international conventions. The Chinese copyright system is basically in conformity with international standards after the amendment of the Copyright Law. the a-mendment of the Copyright Law is an important measure for the Chinese towards internationalization of intellectual property.
